Is RAHWE really free?+
Yes. While we launch, every organisation gets every app on the Free plan with up to 25 users. No card is needed.
Do my employees need a RAHWE login?+
Only if they use it. Employees can be in the directory without a login; give a login to anyone who checks in, requests leave or works tasks.
Where is my data stored?+
In a PostgreSQL database with row-level security that isolates each organisation. Daily backups are part of the hosting setup.
Can I bring my own WhatsApp and email?+
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and your Google or Microsoft mailbox. Usage is billed by those providers to you.
