Data deletion instructions
Last updated 5 October 2026
You can have your data deleted from RAHWE at any time. This page explains how, including for data RAHWE received from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
If you have a RAHWE account
- Items on Work boards can be deleted permanently from the item itself. Leads and other CRM records can be archived by your team at once, which hides them everywhere; permanent erasure is done by us on request, as below.
- To delete your whole account, email info@digifalx.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my RAHWE account”. We confirm by email and delete the account and its personal data within 30 days.
- An organisation owner can ask us the same way to delete the organisation and every record in it.
If you sent a lead form or WhatsApp message to a business that uses RAHWE
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or message a business on WhatsApp, that business may store your answers or messages in RAHWE as a lead or conversation. The business decides how long to keep them.
- Ask the business directly to delete your details; they can archive the lead straight away and ask us to erase it permanently.
- Or email info@digifalx.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, the business’s name, and the email address or phone number you used. We locate the records, ask the business to act, and confirm to you within 30 days what was deleted.
Removing RAHWE’s access to your Facebook Page or WhatsApp number
- In RAHWE, open Integrations and choose Disconnect on the Page or WhatsApp number. RAHWE deletes the stored access token and stops receiving new data straight away.
- Or in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select the app, and remove it.
Leads and conversations already created stay with the organisation until it deletes them, as described above.
What deletion covers
Deleted data is removed from the live database immediately and from backups when those backups are removed. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of the deletion request itself. More detail is in our privacy policy.
